* On the displayed prices of the accommodation should be added the prices of breakfast (buffet), tourist tax and the insurance per person-per day.
* The room price includes the use of Villa Milords Spa (bathrobe and the towel are provided for each guest):
-Indoor-pool with BaduJet nozzle,
-Sauna with infrared heaters,
-Massage pool with hot water, and
-Outdoor Swimming Pool.
* Spa program can be supplemented, upon request, with body massage (1 hour or 2 X 1/2 hour treatments at a price of 20€ is not included in the price of the accommodation).
* Check in time from 2:00 pm and check out time till 12:00 am.
* For a child up to 7 years of age, accompanied by parents accommodation is free (extra bed), for two children if they use one extra bed (or two-seater couch) in the apartments, regardless of age, will be charged the price of one extra bed. We are able to set up two extra beds in the rooms.
* The crib and the feeding chair in the restaurant is available for the guests and it is free of charge.
* There is possibility to rent a room for a “day rest”, in the period from 2:00 pm till 8:00 pm. The price for day rest is 50% off from the rental price for desired accommodation unit.

* -10% commission is granted for the travel agencies (on the above shown accommodation prices).
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
* Payments can be made at the reception by cash or with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. 
* Non-cash payment methods:
- Individuals or companies can make a payment of the arrangements on the Villa Milords account (“Lutea”d.o.o.) in advance fully (100%) based on previously submitted proforma-invoice.
Conditions of the booking and payment terms are specified in Note (proforma-invoice) and are an integral part of the hotel business regulations.
NOTE: Persons with disabilities who are foreign nationals under international conventions and agreements are exempt from paying taxes, people who constantly live in the villa for more than 30 days are exempt from paying the tourist tax.
The prices shown include VAT. For individuals and organizations that are exempt from paying VAT based on valid protocols we reduce invoices for the VAT amount, upon prior submitted documentation.
